I Love Smoothies ! xx

I can't live without my smoothies ! 

Throw out the coffee and start your day with a power smoothie.

1 apple
1 cup berries (e.g. strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
2 tsp spirulina or blue green algae
1 tsp fresh bee pollen
1 tsp lecithin, liquid or granules
1 tbsp flaxseed oil
1/4 cup flax seed, freshly ground w/dash cinnamon
1 tbsp raw honey (optional)
2 cups water or almond milk

Fill blender with water or almond milk. Grind flax with cinnamon in coffee grinder or food processor and add to blender. Add all the other ingredients and blend till smooth and creamy. Add more liquid if necessary.

Health tip: This smoothie is a high protein meal having both bee pollen and spirulina which are two of the highest quality sources of protein on the planet ! They both contain very long chains of amino acids that break down easily to single amino acids.

Flax seed and berries provide 5 different types of fiber: cellulose, hemicellulose, gums, liganin, and fruit fiber - all good for removing radioactive isotopes out of the body. The lecithin and flax seed oil combine to cause the production of high density lipoproteins that are essential in carrying fats back to the liver.
