2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, pecans, or sunflower seeds
1 cup raisins
3 medium bananas
2 1/2 Tb butter, melted
2 1/2 Tb flaxseed or walnut oil
1/4 C orange juice
Preheat the oven to 180C. Line an oven tray with grease proof paper. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, nuts, and raisins. Put the bananas, melted butter, oil and orange juice in a blender. Blend until you have a smooth liquid. Add the liquid mixture to the oat mixture and mix well, until the oats have absorbed the liquid and are fairly soft. Drop the dough by the tablespoonfuls onto the tray. Leave 1/2 inch between them, Bake for 20 - 25 minutes, or until brown around the edges. Cool on a rack.
