Prep Time15 min Total Time2 hr 15 min DIRECTIONS 1.) Place almond butter, brown rice syrup and coconut oil in a small pan over low heat. Cook for 4–5 minutes, ensuring the mixture is slightly warm to the touch. Remove from heat and set aside. 2.) Place brown rice cereal, trail mix and flax meal in a large bowl. Add warmed almond butter mixture and combine until cereal is well coated. 3.) Line a small rectangular pan with parchment paper. Pour mixture into pan and press down firmly to ensure the mixture is well set. Place in fridge for 2 hours to set. 4.) Remove from fridge, and cut into squares. Compliments: Rachel Sklar
