1 cup mixed fruit e.g. orange + strawberries
· 1 small banana
· 1 heaped tablespoon ground flaxseed
· 1 tbsp Greek Yogurt OR goat’s/sheep’s yogurt
· 1 – 2 cups water depending on the consistency that you want it.
· 1 handful baby spinach or one stick celery (optional for the adventurous ! )
· 1 teaspoon moringa leaf powder or smoothie mix (optional)
