This smoothie not only boosts fertility, it is also a high anti-inflammatory one and hence great for active people too... Smoothies are my favourite way of adding in super nourishing foods...
Serves 1 Ready in 10 minutes
· 300ml of coconut milk or any other alternative milk e.g. almond milk
· 100g of frozen blueberries or strawberries
· 1 tbsp. of almond butter
· ½ tsp of maca
. 1 tsp of bee pollen
· 1 medjool date
· ½ avocado
Place everything in the blender with some ice and blend until smooth.
