450 g fresh shelled garden peas (or frozen)
1/2 tsp vegetable bouillon powder
1 tbsp spring or filtered water
2 tbsp fresh mint
Put the peas into a pot with the water and vegetable bouillon powder and gently steam over low heat until cooked. Sprinkle with mint for the last five minutes of cooking and serve immediately.
