I conduct sessions in person at my office in Nicosia, Cyprus or LONG DISTANCE via e-mail and Skype.
Nutritional Counseling and Wellness Package
60 minute session conducted online (Whatsapp/Viber/Skype) or in person at my office.
We go through a questionnaire, where I gather information about your current health, family history, eating and lifestyle habits, foods that you like and dislike.
You will receive :
- A customised 7-Day Meal Plan - specific just for you
- Wellness advice specific to your health / life situation. This includes: recommended supplements, herbs, superfoods, essential oils, health tips regarding stress, exercise and anything else which I believe will help you achieve your health goals.
Single Follow-Up Visits
Body Composition measurements are taken to track your progress. These include:
Body fat, water, muscle, weight, visceral fat, bone density, Body Mass Index (BMI), Daily Calorie Intake (DCI) and metabolic Age.
- Inclusive of one visit. Lasting 30 minutes
- You may arrange your follow-up visits whenever it suits you, according to your schedule.
- Coaching support to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes that you want.

This is for clients which have already received a Nutritional & wellness plan consultation and are now in the support phase or in need of additional nutritional advice.
This is the phase where we discuss "what works and what doesn't work" and make the necessary changes.
My aim is to support you in any which way I can to help you make the dietary and lifestyle changes that you want. To empower your success in achieving your health goals.

As a client of my 5 session Med Life Diet Coaching Program you will:

No Refunds: Payment of the whole amount is upfront and it is a commitment to completing our five sessions together.
For less than 12 hours’ notice, the full session will be charged.
If you arrive late for your appointment, we reserve the right to shorten your treatment time if necessary. The full charge will still be applicable.
It is understandable that there are many things that come up in people’s day to day lives. While truly sympathetic, it is not possible to absorb the financial responsibility of last minute cancellations. Sessions are not double booked but rather reserves specific times for each patient affording individual care. In fairness to all patients, this policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
Payments can be made via Revolut or an Invoice will be sent via Paypal or it will be added to your next session.
