This package is especially for women in peri-menopause or in menopause. This is an age where we have to be primarily concerned with osteoporosis.

1 x Diagnostic Test (Thema 03)
This is a non-invasive test shows which minerals, vitamins and amino acids you are deficient in, so that we can create a customised therapeutic protocol with diet, supplements, herbs and exercise.

1 x 7-Day Personalised Meal Plan, will include foods, and supplements to improve your health based on the test results.
3 x sessions in person at my office or via Skype. During each session, nine different body composition measurements will be taken including nutritional and wellness advice.
