Losing Weight With Raw Foods

Losing weight is quite easy when you follow a diet high in raw foods.

It is so easy that anyone who has a habit of going on and off slimming diets and achieving only temporary ‘success’ will rejoice to know that on a 75% minimum raw food  diet most people lose weight steadily without ever counting calories.

Dr. John Douglass, an experimenter with raw foods in the last fifteen years has voiced that “For many years I struggled with obesity and was frustrated in treating patients because nothing ever seemed to work – not biofeedback or hypnosis or diets or anything. Then I discovered the potential of uncooked foods and found that the more uncooked foods patients used, the less they wanted to eat. These foods are more satisfying for patients and they lose weight on them.”

Common  weight loss diets are disreputably known to be nutritionally poor.  

Starting and stopping diets as many slimmers  do creates  sub-clinical deficiencies that lead to illness and fatigue and also to the ‘hidden hunger’ that triggers bingeing, bad eating habits and more weight gain.

Raw eating is different. Shedding weight  on a raw diet seems to curb the craving for food which causes people to gain weight.

Adopting a healthy lifestyle system where one incorporates large amounts of raw foods together with nutritious Mediterranean power foods is ideal for creating good health, vitality and shedding those extra pounds !
